Dharmapuri District Chess Association (DDCA) is the official district body for chess in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu — developing players from the grassroots, organising rated tournaments and uniting taluk associations and academies under one umbrella.

DDCA works to make chess a part of everyday life across Dharmapuri district — in schools, academies and clubs. We bring together organisers, arbiters, coaches and parents to build a stable ecosystem that develops talent from the taluk level all the way to state and national competition.
We are affiliated to the Tamil Nadu State Chess Association (TNSCA) and work within the framework of the All India Chess Federation (AICF), giving Dharmapuri's players a clear, recognised path to rated tournaments and beyond.
